Low End Bloom Hazy IPA

The Loads of honeydew melon and coconut. Behind these layers you'll find a solid base of tropical expression of mango, papaya, and peach. Hallertau blanc, Sabro and Idaho 7 hops.

Entangled Emergence IPA

7.1% ABV | 65 IBU

This IPA twists together the melon vibes of Belma, Huell Melon, Calypso and Jarrylo hops.  Find cucmber-melon, strawberry and cherry blossom, aromas intertwined in this offering.

Vibe Montane IPA

6.0% ABV | 55 IBU

The mountains are calling with this piney, citrusy IPA.  Bold notes of clementine and resin from heavy citra, Pacific Sunrise and cascade hops.

Citron IPA

6.2% ABV | 55 IBU

Nearly all citrus fruit is bred from their common ancestor, the citron.  Enjoy the dense layers of citrus in this IPA that culminates from loads of grapefruit, blood orange juice, citra and cascades hops.

Edge Case DIPA

9.3% ABV | 90 IBU

The maxed out mashtun and pushed to the limits. All Citra and Mosaic hops dripping with mango, clementine and cantaloupe. Big, bold and balanced.

Nordic Farmhouse Ale

7.0% ABV | 5 IBU

Stemming from the oldest continued brewing tradition still practiced today. This Norwegian Kornol utilizes fresh spring ingredients of spruce tips and juniper berries. Fruity, candy like esters from warm fermented Kveik yeast meld with aromas of pine, citrus, juicy fruit and earth offer up this unique delightful experience.

Nitro Cream Ale

4.5% ABV | 15 IBU

A light and refreshing offering with floral and biscuit notes.  Served on nitro providing a velvety mouthfeel for this cream ale.

POG Sour

5.0% ABV | 5 IBU

Several hundred pounds of passionfruit, orange and guavas make this sessionable sour the perfect companion for warmer days.

Czech Pilsner

4.6% ABV | 30 IBU

Several Decocted, naturally carbonated and cellared for 8 weeks.  Clean and sweet biscuity malt. Balanced bitterness with spicy, earthy and floral aromas from Czech Saaz hops.

Mexican Lager

4.6% ABV | 10 IBU

Crisp, clean, easy drinking and refreshing.  Softened with traditional addition of corn in the mash.  Perfect with or without a lime.

Rauch Helles

4.1% ABV | 10 IBU

Delicate and crisp with a mild robustness offered by light use of traditionally kilned beechwood smoked malt from Bamburg, Germany. Great time and cares is taken to produce this subtle and clean beer.

ESB

5.0% ABV | 40 IBU

Full spectrum of malt character: biscuit, toffee, caramel and a hint of raisin all balanced with mild bitterness and floral hop tones.

Lit'l Bruv

5.0% ABV | 35 IBU

Full This collab between old friends has been kept in the back pocket until it was safe again to share the brewdeck. Traditions are born again with this classic English style.  Sessionable, malty and dry hopped. Featuring the earthly and floral notes of Chinook and Northern Brewer hops.

You've been asking, "What's in the barrels?" We're ringing in our second year with two versions of this Imperial Stout.  Aged 10 months in Woodinville Bourbon Whiskey Stout barrels.  The same batch was split into two versions; one aged purely in barrel and other aged in barrel of raspberries.
